Work sample from CMM110: “Lone Wolf Speech
This project was designed to work on communication in the public eye. The prompt I chose was “how to better yourself academically.” Posted below is the outline of my speech that I used while I was presenting. This project taught me a lot, especially about drafting three outlines of the speech and tailoring it each time resulting from peer review feedback. I learned how to construct an outline that has key points mentioned that will remind me what to say during the speech. I really improved during the course of the project regarding not reading from the paper, and I was very proud of myself with my final presentation on this speech.
