Description: The goal of this project was to conclude our previous findings and research about the importance of a liberal arts education. I was able to link personal and academic goals to previous readings and how the connect to ideals in the liberal arts curriculum. I was able to gain importance knowledge about how I will use the skills I’m learning in a personal sense to critically solve problems, and in a professional career world by having a broad skillset. Previously, I have been concerned about getting a job and create a successful career with the degree I’m studying. The most important takeaway from this project for me, is the reassurance I got that employers are looking for people that have skills gained through a liberal arts education. After this project, I am confident I am studying in the right field.
